      Items purchased from XCLUSIVE APPAREL can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery, or you can exchange your product within 30 days.

      Please note If the requested exchange is out of stock, you will be refunded for the item. If it is a sale item, you will be issued store credit.

      *SALE or CLEARANCE ITEMS: Exchange/Store credit only (Store credit will be in the form of a Gift Card which will not expire)


      Please inspect your product/s as soon as it arrives. Returns can only be accepted if items are unworn and unwashed, with the original packaging.

      Faulty Item

      In the event you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. If you believe you have received a defective product, please provide a clear photo of the defect, and if you have received the incorrect item, then please provide a picture of the wrong item.

      In the unlikely circumstance, you are not content with your purchase. You may return the parcel to us in secure and protected packaging for an exchange/refund within the guidelines below. 

      Returns are subject to inspection. If the item does not pass, it will be mailed back to you.

      Currently, you are responsible for the cost of returning your item to us.
